My practice is located inside my home, which is in the back left unit of the 4-plex. Entrance is through the side gate. If you are early for your appointment, please wait in your car or have a seat outside in the yard. I will let you in for your scheduled appointment time.
Street parking is available.
Direct billing is available for most insurance companies. Please note I do NOT accept credit/debit. Any remaining balance can be paid by cash, e-transfer or cheque. Sorry for any inconvenience.
